FROM PERSONAL BRANDING TO SELF-REINVENTION
Work in Progress started December 2018 until I rebranded in September 2020. Then, I felt waves upon waves of depression, flashbacks, and began feeling chaotic in the fall of 2021; with a name change and more awareness that my mental health was in crisis, my blog became Cerelia Lilac, My New Life with Fibromyalgia & my Chaotic Mind. When my healing journey took off at the end of July/beginning of August last summer, I needed to let go of CeCe. I dusted off my other old nickname, Shawn. I was SHE and I loved the branding and the power my chosen name gave me. In the new year, after tourist season I had to let go of Shawn Hazel Elliott. I tried Mallory Hazel but it didn't feel right - in March my blog became Mallory en Montgolfière.
